PDB id's for the 19 template structures for START database analyzed by SkyLine are listed column1. BA, CSD and BAC in column 2 stand for Birch Antigen START domain, Classical START Domain, and Bacterial START domain, respectively. In column 3 through 7, the structure-based criteria for reliable models are pG ≥0.7 and query_coverage (or coverage of template by sequence) ≥ 75 %.
