Mice were infected with T. canis (A, B, C) or S. mansoni (D, E, F) and coinfected with M. tuberculosis. After TB establishment, mice received 4 doses of DNAhsp65 and the lungs were homogenized. Cytokine levels in supernatant were measured by ELISA and nitrite production was quantified by Griess reaction. *p<0.05 versus PBS.
