Asthma controller therapy prescription, by asthma severity, for 635 children ≤ 14 years old. Children had not been prescribed an asthma controller medication in the prior 6 months. Data were derived from the UK General Practice Research Database. Asthma severity was defined by physicians according to GINA guidelines 2005 [9]. *Missing asthma severity classification.
