The different labelled structures are shown in a schematic (D). NOMPC labeling coincides with the dendritic caps, which are labeled with expressed GFP-NOMPA (green in A). NOMPC is restricted distal to the ciliary dilation, labeled with IFT140/REMPA-YFP (green in B).
