Inhibition of MAPK signaling suppresses development of malignant glioma in mouse xenografts. (a) Mouse xenograft experiments. Tumor formation was monitored by MRI (left); the position of the tumor is indicated by the arrow. Brain sections were stained with H&E (middle) or an antibody against GFAP (right) to verify the glial origin of the tumor.
