Plasma from Leprdb/+, Leprdb/db, Pomc-CRE Leprfl/fl (Pomc-Cre), Agrp-CRE Leprfl/fl (Agrp-Cre), Leprfl/fl (WT), MC4R wild-type (Mc4r+/+), MC4R knockout (Mc4r−/−) mice were used to measure total, HDL, and non-HDL cholesterol as well as triglyceride.
