Flow cytometric analysis of pulmonary lymphocytes in B6 mice treated with SB-431542. (a) Pulmonary lymphocytes were harvested from B6 mice at 24 h after treatment with interleukin (IL)-18/IL-2 with or without SB-431542 for 3 days, as described in Materials and methods. Pulmonary lymphocytes were stained with phycoerythrin (PE)-conjugated anti-natural killer (NK)1·1 and PE/cyanine 7 (Cy7)-conjugated anti-CD3ε monoclonal antibodies.
