Kinetics of mycophenolic acid phenyl-glucuronide (MPAG) transport by reference (T334-G699) and variant (334G-699A OATP1B3. HEK293 cells transiently expressing either the OATP-reference or the OATP-variant proteins were incubated in the presence of increasing concentrations of MPAG for 10 min.
