1. Any period of loss of consciousness (LOC) of less than 30 min and a Glasgow Coma Scale (GCS) score of 13-15 after the period of LOC. |

2. Any loss of memory of the event immediately before or after the injury with post-traumatic amnesia (PTA) of less than 24 h. |

3. Any alteration in mental state at the time of the injury (e.g., feeling dazed, disoriented, confused).[8,9]

1. Any period of observed or self-reported transient confusion, disorientation, or impaired consciousness. |

2. Any period of observed or self-reported dysfunction of memory (amnesia) around the time of injury. |

4. Any period of observed or self-reported loss of consciousness lasting 30 min or less.[10]
