All female rabbits were bled 10 days after the last injection and sera were collected. Monospecific and bispecific antibody ELISAs were performed to define the antibody profiles. Rabbits immunized with conjugates produced a bispecific antibody against carrier and hapten in addition to monospecific antibodies to carriers or haptens.
