Inhibition of KC in lung lavage fluid from chlorine-exposed mice. Mice were exposed to inhaled chlorine and treated with triptolide 1 h after the end of the exposure. At 6 h after exposure, lung lavage was performed, and KC (Cxcl1) was measured in lavage fluid by ELISA. Control groups were unexposed mice and chlorine-exposed mice treated with vehicle.
