Pooled MP-suspensions from wild type and Entpd1-null mice (n = 6 each) were lysed in PBS-0·1% NP-40 and then analysed for content of interleukins (IL), P-selectin, IFN-γ, interferon-gamma; TNF-α, tumour necrosis factor alpha; TNFRI, TNF receptor I; MMP, matrix metallo-proteinase.
