mAb 72.1 specifically recognizes Ogawa and Inaba serotype LPS as determined by ELISA. Plates were coated with Ogawa LPS or Inaba LPS. Serial dilutions of 1 mg ml⁻¹ stocks of 72.1, S-20-4, A-20-6, IgG3 isotype control antibody were incubated in the coated wells. Bound antibodies were detected with anti-mouse IgG-HPR.
