Effect of ACTH and 8CPT-Ade on expression of inactivating and noninactivating Ca²⁺ currents. AZF cells were incubated with either ACTH (2 nm) or 8CPT-Ade (30 μm) for 72 h, after which Ca_v3.2 T-type Ca²⁺ currents were recorded. The currents were activated from −80 mV by 300-ms voltage steps applied at 0.1 Hz to various test potentials between −40 and +40 mV. The current traces were recorded at the indicated test potentials.
