Comparison of polypeptides of PSI complexes from A-2 and A-3. Polypeptides of PSI-LHCI supercomplex and PSI subcomplex purified by DEAE chromatography from A-3 and A-2, respectively, were separated by SDS-PAGE and stained with Coomassie Brilliant Blue (A) and visualized by immunoblotting (B).
