CD2AP associates specifically to the C terminus of Rac1. A–C, peptides encoding the C-terminal hypervariable domain of different Rho family members were used to pull down proteins from cell lysates of Jurkat T-cells (A), primary human umbilical vein endothelial cell (HUVEC) (B), or CD34⁺ cells (C).
