A Mutator-like repetitive element is located just upstream of the LFY gene. The 60S ribosomal protein (RPL12C) gene at site 3 has complete, top-tier F-EST coverage, and was modeled. Note that all FGENESH training models merged two distinct gene sites, 2 and 3, into a single gene prediction.
