Treatment of human xenograft tumors in nude mice with RCNV. Human SW620 cells (106 cells) were injected s.c. into the right flank of naive CD-1 nude mice. At 10 days after implantation, RCN-gfp (107 pfu) was injected into the tumor. RCNV was also injected at days 14, 17, and 24 after tumor implantation.
