Cellular signaling pathways associated with innate immune responses are activated in the brains of reovirus-infected mice at early times post infection. Ingenuity pathway analysis was performed on probe sets that identified differentially expressed genes at day 3 and/or day 6 post reovirus infection (Table 1).
