MCF-10A cells were treated with 3–15 µM of PCB-153 for 2–8 h. Cells were harvested at indicated times and analyzed for cyclin D1 and actin protein levels by immunoblotting. ANOVA followed by Tukey’s post hoc test were used to assess statistical significance of results. Asterisks represent significant difference between control and treated samples (n=3, p < 0.05).
