(A) Total BAL and differential cell count were analyzed in samples from control or OVA-sensitized and challenged (daily aerosol challenge with OVA for 7 days) wild-type (n=9) and SIGIRR-deficient mice (n=6), *P<0.05 versus SIGIRR WT, #P<0.05 versus SIGIRR WT control, NS-not significant. (B) Cytospins prepared from the BAL from control or OVA-sensitized and challenged wild-type and SIGIRR-deficient mice were stained with Hema3 and differential cell counting was performed using standard morphological criteria.
