Nodular/follicular pattern of nodal marginal zone lymphoma and associated Immunohistologic features

(A) Typical case example of the nodular/follicular pattern of NMZL showing distinct and well demarcated nodules; (B) Staining for CD20 found primarily in a nodular pattern, although staining is also seen in interfollicular areas; (C) BCL2 staining highlights the neoplastic infiltrate but does not show staining within follicles as would be typical in cases of follicular lymphoma; (D) Staining for LMO2, a germinal center-associated marker, is absent; (D and E) Staining for kappa and lambda light chains show kappa light chain restriction confirming the clonal nature of the neoplastic lymphoid infitrate.
