Relationship of duplication type and number of interactions. The proportion of WGD genes among all duplicate (WGD and SSD) genes increases with increased number of protein-protein interactions irrespective of self-interactions. a) Proportion of WGD genes among all duplicate genes with respect to the number of interactions.
