^*Complete regression was defined as endometrial atrophy, pseudodecidualization of stroma without evidence of hyperplasia. It could be accompanied by secretory change of glandular tissue or metaplasia.⁴,^{14 †}This patient got the regression after LNG-IUS insertion, but she wanted to remove her LNG-IUS because of breast pain. It was removed at 24th month later.
