Patient with moderately severe multifocal disease. There is overall good correspondence between QISS MRA (left) and CE-MRA (right). With QISS, there is slight exaggeration of the extent of a short-segment occlusion involving the proximal left superficial femoral artery, but the grade of the lesion is not affected.
