Proteins identified in the integrin β1 complex precipitated from Jurkat cells. Formaldehyde cross-linked Jurkat cell lysate was used to enrich integrin β1 with JB1B. The integrin β1 complex was identified by SDS PAGE analysis and studied by LC-MS/MS and the GPM.
