Semi-quantitative RT-PCR analysis of AtGA2ox8 gene in the transgenic rapeseed

Total RNA was isolated from 6-d-old seedlings of the wild type (WT) and the two independent transgenic lines grown on filter paper saturated with MS salt liquid medium in a plate under continuous white light in a temperature-controlled growth chamber at 22 °C. The transcript levels are shown as gel images, and the ACT is used as an internal control.
