(A) Western blot analysis of concentrated supernatant of the strain HB-1 overexpressing LbpB(BNCV) from plasmid. Protein samples were incubated either at 100°C (lane d) or at room temperature (lane n) prior to seminative SDS-PAGE. The blot was probed with anti-LbpB antiserum.
