The multiple-drug effect analysis of Chou et al. (6) was used to analyze the effects of the drugs in combination. IC, inhibitory concentration. CI < 0.9, synergy; CI = 0.9 to 1.1, additivity; CI > 1.1, antagonism. The data shown are representative of two or three separate experiments.
