Cultures of HEK293T and the hStau1-silenced cells were infected at a high MOI with WSN virus, and total cell extracts were prepared at different times postinfection. (A) The accumulation of viral proteins was determined by Western blotting with antibodies specific for the NP, NS1, and M proteins.
