Methyl and formyl resonances were aliased in the ¹³C dimension to optimize the spectral window. Assignments for each sugar in the core tetrasaccharide are indicated in a different color, and the dashed lines connect the resonances within each spin system. The indicated assignments are highly consistent with those for the O-antigen tetrasaccharide [45], [46].
