Immunoprecipitation of NRL-Hsp90(Q133A) and Cdc37-CRL different mutations. HEK293 cells were cotransfected with NRL-Hsp90 + Cdc37-CRL, NRL-Hsp90(Q133A) + Cdc37-CRL, and NRL-Hsp90 + Cdc37-CRL mutations. Cell lysate was immunoprecipitated with Hsp90 antibody. Western blotting was performed for detection of Hsp90, Cdc37, NRL-Hsp90, Cdc37-CRL, NRL-Hsp90(Q133A), and Cdc37-CRL mutations.
