Parameters for the effect of SkzL on pyro-EPR-pNA hydrolysis by Pm
Kinetic parameters (kcat, Km, kcat/Km) were obtained from Michaelis-Menten analysis of the substrate dependence. Experiments were performed in the absence and presence of 1 and 5 μm total SkzL concentration ([SkzL]o). Experimental error in the parameters represents ± 2 S.D. Experiments were performed and the results analyzed as described under “Experimental Procedures.”
