Analysis of the molecular mass of gp120 expressed in different cell types. gp120 was expressed in the indicated cell lines transfected with a DNA construct encoding the gp120 protein fused with mannan-binding lectin and His tag and V5 tag. The glycoproteins were purified using Ni-NTA-agarose, separated by 10% SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions, blotted, and detected with anti-V5-tag antibody. Positions of molecular mass markers are shown on the left. Representative results from two experiments are shown.
