NAADP-mediated signal is essential for IL-8-induced migratory activity of LAK cells. LAK cells, prepared from CD38^+/+ (A) and Cd38^−/− (B), were preincubated with 1 μm bafilomycin A1 for 20 min, and then the cells were incubated with 10 pm IL-8 or 200 μm cADPR or 50 nm NAADP.
