Fig 3 — FBPase interacted with components of Tor Complex I. All strains were glucose starved for two days. In the experiment, the cell cultures were equally divided and different treatments were given as indicated. Immunoprecipitation and pull-down assay were performed as described in the material and methods. Equal total protein was used in the different treatment. A.
