Case 10 A 71-year-old female with cervical myelopathy. A lateral radiograph in the neutral position shows enlargement of the atlanto-dental interval (a), however, on dynamic cervical radiograph, we could not find the reduction in the AAJ even in extension position, although hypermobility was seen in the AOJ (b, c).
