Patient affected by severe post-traumatic deformity and instability with coronal disalignment. Patient came to our attention a year after trauma with severe pain, neurologically intact. She was fused in a correct occipitoaxial alignment (+27°) and showed 3 years after, at follow-up, good clinical and radiographic outcome
