TL1A enhancement of IL-12/IL-18-induced cytotoxicity to Daudi cells is marked by increased surface expression of CD107a and is not significantly affected by the presence of IFN-γ. Purified NK were cultured for 72 h with IL-12 and IL-18 with or without TL1A (20 ng/ml), and their cytolytic activity (a) was tested against Daudi under IFN-γ blocking conditions in a FCC assay in which CD107a expression (b) was concurrently assessed.
