The effect of DNRII expression on the levels of e-cadherin and vimentin. Control-EGFP and DNRII-EGFP cells were grown on cover slips in a 24-well plate till 80% confluence. The cells were fixed, permeablized, blocked and incubated with an anti-vimentin or anti-e-cadherin antibody for 1 h at room temperature. After wash, the cells were incubated with a fluorescent dye-tagged secondary antibody. The stained cells were visualized with a confocal fluorescence microscope.
