As detailed in Materials and methods, LNCaP, CWR22Rυ1, PC-3 and PrEC cells were treated with fisetin (10–60 μM) for 24 and 48 h and the viability of cells was determined by the 3-[4,5-dimethylthiazol-2-yl]-2,5-diphenyl tetrazoliumbromide assay. The data are expressed as the percentage of cell viability and represent the means ± standard errors of three experiments in which each treatment was performed in multiple wells.
