Dose dependent effect of gatifloxacin (0.25, 0.5, 1 and 2.5 mM) on the apparent permeability of [14C] erythromycin (0.25 μCi/mL, 51.3 mCi/mmol) across MDCK-MRP2 cell monolayers.
