IGFBP-5 mRNA expression is reduced in bones of FHL2 KO female mice at 12 weeks of age. mRNA expression was determined by real-time RT-PCR. Data are presented as mean ± standard error (n = 7). A significant difference between WT and KO mice was not observed for FHL1 and -3 (P ≥ 0.4139).
