Evaluation of aldosterone (Aldo) escape in microsomal prostaglandin E synthase-1 (mPGES-1) wild-type (WT) and knockout (KO) mice. Animals were chronically infused for 14 days with Aldo at 0.35 mg·kg⁻¹·day⁻¹ via an osmotic minipump and fed a normal-salt diet throughout the entire experiment. Unless otherwise specified, the rest of the data were generated with the same protocol.
