Cell nuclei were stained by PI (red); (B) 0.1μM MeHg treatment increased Nrf2 in the cytosol but not in the nuclei; (C) 1μM MeHg treatment for 10 min increased Nrf2 in both the cytosol and the nuclei; (D) 5μM MeHg treatment for 10 min resulted in a higher level of Nrf2 in both cytosol and nuclei, as compared with 1μM MeHg-treated cells.
