Bottom panels: representative autoradiographies of the corresponding nNOS, eNOS and iNOS bands; α-tubulin immunodetection was also included as a protein-loading control. Results are average values of 5 experimental animals in each group and are expressed as ratio of band intensities of the NOS isoform and its corresponding α-tubulin.
