Cell viability following 30 min. of hypoxia and 30 min. of reoxygenation in murine ventricular cardiomyocytes treated with visfatin (100 ng/ml) in the presence or absence of the PI3K and MEK1/2 inhibitors wortmannin (Wort, 100 nmol/L) and U0126 (10 μmol/L), respectively.
