BidS61A/ S78A knock-in mice developed the same resistance to Jo2-induced apoptosis as littermate controls. After 2/ 3 partial hepatectomy (P), bile duct ligation (B) or Suramin (S) pretreatment, WT and BidS61A/ S78A KI mice were injected with a lethal dose of Jo2 (0.5 µg/ g) or saline.
