Note retraction of a lamellipodium (top arrow) and advance of another (lower arrow), as the cell changes direction and begins to migrate towards the bottom of the page. The retracting lamellipodium from (A) is shown at higher magnification and temporal resolution in (B). The fifty second sequence starts after the first panel of (A) and ends before the second panel.
