Monomer-dimer equilibrium of McpS-LBD determined by analytical ultracentrifugation. Experiments were carried out at two sedimentation equilibrium speeds (12,000 and 14,000 rpm) with protein concentrations ranging from 10 to 0.25 mg/ml. For clarity reasons only the experimental radial distribution at 12,000 rpm for the range 1–0.25 mg/ml are shown: 0.125 (○), 0.25 (Δ), 0.5 (▿), and 1 mg/ml (□).
